     Beautifully restored as a labor of love, Tarrer Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a winner of the prestigious Georgia Trust Award for Historic Preservation.

     Each of our 17 guestrooms are individually decorated, complete with exquisite period antiques, handpainted fireplaces, luxurious baths and fine embroidered bed linens. As comfortable as they are beautiful, our rooms await to offer you a night of restful sleep. We have 12 rooms located at the Tarrer Inn and 5 in the beautiful Kimbrel-Bush house.

     Colquitt lies in the heart of Georgia's fascinating Plantation Trace region, which offers a myriad of recreational opportunities including golf at Crooked Oaks Golf Club, plantation hunts, fishing and bird watching.

     We are also home to 'Swamp Gravy,' Georgia's official folk life play which is performed annually in March and October.
